Our approximately 212-square-foot double-sized private suite gives an independent beauty professional room to create a calm, professional client experience while operating inside The Clique.

PROMOTIONAL OFFER — $265/WEEK FOR THE FIRST 8 WEEKS

Standard rate: $300/week beginning week 9 for the remainder of the initial one-year lease.

Best for: Licensed aestheticians, lash artists and brow artists or someone wanting a private space.

What is included?

Rent includes the listed salon essentials, business support and client amenities.

What does part-time include?

A shared station for three or four fixed days with access on contracted days and the listed shared benefits.

Are renters employees?

No. Renters operate independent businesses under the rental agreement.

Can I set my schedule and prices?

Yes, within your contracted access days and salon policies.

Do I need existing clientele?

An established clientele is helpful but not required; applicants should have a realistic growth plan.

Can I use my booking system?

Yes, or choose the optional integrated salon booking system.

How do integrated booking and weekly payouts work?

The operational details are outlined in the rental agreement.

Are products included?

Shared shampoo, conditioner and treatment backbar products are included; personal styling products and tools remain the renter’s responsibility.

Is a deposit required?

Deposit and move-in requirements are provided to approved applicants before lease signing.

What happens after I apply?

Applications are reviewed; qualified applicants are contacted to schedule a private salon tour.
