At The Clique Beauty, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policies to ensure a smooth delivery process.


Order Processing Time

Products are shipped within 1-3 business days of your order date. During major sales or promotions, processing times may extend to 7-10 business days due to high order volume. 

Order Processing and Shipping for Custom Wigs

At The Clique Beauty, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, customized wigs tailored to your unique style. To ensure every custom wig meets our rigorous standards, the following processing and shipping times apply:


Order Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: Custom wig orders are carefully crafted and require 5-10 business days to complete.
  • Custom Color Additions: If custom color is requested, an additional 3 business days will be added to the processing time.

Note: Processing times begin once payment has been confirmed and cleared.


Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping: Once processing is complete, orders are shipped via FedEx with tracking and signature confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days within the U.S.
  • International Shipping: Custom wig orders shipped internationally may take up to 7-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Order Updates and Notifications

You will receive email notifications for the following:

  1. Confirmation that your order has been received and payment processed.
  2. A notification when your wig enters the production phase.
  3. A final email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that all order details, including your address, are accurate to avoid delays.
  • Custom wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the personalized nature of the product.
  • Delays may occur during high-demand periods, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Domestic Shipping

  • Carrier: All U.S. orders are shipped via DHL with receipt confirmation and insurance.
  • Delivery Time: After the processing period, delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days.
  • PO Box Deliveries: Packages shipped to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS. Overnight shipping to PO Boxes requires up to 2 business days for delivery.
  • Friday Shipments: Overnight shipments departing on Fridays will arrive the following Monday (not Saturday).
  • Orders will only be shipped once payment has been confirmed and cleared.

International Shipping

  • Carrier: International orders are shipped via Fedex and typically take up to 10 business days for delivery.
  • Tariffs & Duties: International shipping costs do not include tariffs or customs charges imposed by your home country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and should be considered before placing an order.
  • The Clique Beauty reserves the right to modify the delivery method to a comparable option when necessary.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping charges may differ slightly from the carrier's actual rates due to handling and service fees.

Transit Delays

In rare cases, transit delays may occur due to carrier issues or natural events. Please note that The Clique Beauty is not liable for such delays, and refunds or chargebacks will not be honored for delays caused by these factors.


Undeliverable, Lost, or Return to Sender Packages

If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, it is typically due to insufficient or incorrect address information. Returned packages will be restocked, and you will receive store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the original shipping cost and a $35 restocking fee.

Common Reasons for Return to Sender:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing apartment/suite/building number).
  • Carrier unable to deliver after multiple attempts.
  • Recipient moved or refused the package.

We are unable to reship returned packages. Instead, please use your E-Gift Card to place a new order with the correct address. Please note:

  • Items may not be in stock at the time of your reorder.
  • Prices may vary from the original order.

Address Accuracy

To ensure proper delivery, double-check that your address includes all relevant details, including abbreviations, apartment/building numbers, and route information.


Limitations of Liability

The Clique Beauty is not responsible for:

  • Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided by the customer was inaccurate.
  • Costs associated with lost or damaged packages.

All returns and return-to-sender shipments will incur a flat restocking fee of $35.
